Terms of Service

Vyper Performance is a product operated by SOMOS MILLIONAIRES S.A.S., a company in Colombia. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. The website's prices are estimates, not an active checkout or a charge.

1. The service

Vyper Performance helps businesses connect sales sources and Meta Ads data, review performance, and operate supported advertising workflows. The company account owner controls invitations, connections, and configuration. Third-party integrations depend on their own availability and permissions; Vyper does not guarantee that every sale can be attributed to an advertisement.

2. Accounts and customer data

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and ensure that users and connected systems have permission to send data to Vyper. Your organization controls the business data it provides, including sales data. You must have the rights and notices needed to share personal data with Vyper and use the connected services. We process that data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Access and payments

You can currently access Vyper without purchasing a subscription. Creating an account does not authorize a charge. If paid plans become available, we will show the price, billing period, included capacity, and payment terms before you choose to purchase one. No charge will occur merely because a free access period ends.

4. Cancellation and account closure

There is no paid Vyper subscription to cancel at this time. If you want to close your company account or request data deletion, contact us using the address below. When subscriptions become available, the applicable cancellation process and its effective date will be shown before purchase.

We verify account closure requests and explain any data that must be retained for legal or security reasons. See the Privacy Policy for data requests.

5. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use Vyper to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or another company's access controls; interfere with the service; or submit malicious content. We may restrict unsafe activity to protect users and the service. We work to keep Vyper available but do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific service level unless agreed separately in writing.

6. Changes and legal rights

We may update these terms as the product and billing model develop. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before they take effect. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
